Learn to direct the assistant.
We cover what AI can help with, where it can be wrong, and how to give it a useful request. You practice checking its sources and deciding what needs your approval.
I run a small business too. In one visit, I set up a work assistant on your workstation and smartphone. We test it on two jobs you repeat, using only the files and tools you approve. You practice with it and keep the setup and guide.

Human in the loop. You direct the work, review the result, and approve important actions before they happen.
Your personal setup is yours to keep. I configure it in accounts you control and give you the instructions and files behind it. Use the same foundation as the work on your desk changes.
Your assistant uses only the folders and tools you approve. Ask it to prepare work, check the result, and decide what happens next.
Ask in your own words, from your computer or smartphone.
Uses the working folders and connected tools we set up and test together.
Organizes information, updates a working list, or prepares a draft.
Check the sources, correct anything missing, and approve important actions.
Human in the loop: you review it on your phone. Check the result and approve important actions before they happen.
We test supported access with your account and devices. Work that uses your computer requires it to be on and connected; cloud work may continue while it is off. Cloud processing still follows the provider's policies. How we handle privacy.
You could say
“Review the email and work files I approved. What needs my attention today? Update my priority list and draft replies for me to review. Show your sources. Don't send anything.”
It pulls the pieces together, updates a working list, and prepares drafts for your review.
The same setup can also help you draft a reply in your voice, prepare a meeting brief, or turn a weekly report into clear next steps.
Illustrative examples. Available actions depend on approved connections and your device setup.Talk through your workWe set up the basics together, practice on your work, and leave the instructions in a place you control. Here is what the owner visit includes.
We cover what AI can help with, where it can be wrong, and how to give it a useful request. You practice checking its sources and deciding what needs your approval.
Where your account has access, we set up your personal Dot, connect one workstation, and test messaging from your phone. We set review rules together. If one-to-one texting is available, we test that too; otherwise you can message it in the app.
We create a working folder for approved business facts, key links, and instructions. We set up dictation and a short writing guide from examples you choose, so you can review drafts in your style.
We map two recurring jobs, give each starter instructions and a project folder, and try one agreed example for each. The handoff notes show what worked and what needs more work.
We list the apps and files you approve, test one supported path to information, and check whether supervised browser use is available for an agreed site. We record any access that remains untested.
A start-here guide, your writing guide, two starter workflow notes, an approved-access list, and the results of our tests. You can see what is ready to use and what needs a separate build.
Built for one owner. Once the foundation is in place, we can quote deeper workflows, more app connections, or team access as your business needs them.
We check your computer, account plan, privacy needs, and the two recurring jobs you want to start with.
We spend up to four hours setting up your assistant, testing approved access, and practicing on your work.
You get the take-home record and two 30-minute remote support calls within 30 days, including attended screen help when needed.
The setup is useful when you can use it without me. Near the end of our visit, you give it a fresh request in your own words and we check the result together.
Give it a real request. Ask it to help with a real piece of work, in your own words.
Check its work. See the source, spot missing details, and decide what needs your approval.
Keep the method. We correct the instructions and save the steps in your folder.
Before connecting business information, we check each tool's settings or terms for keeping your content out of model training. If we can't confirm that for a tool, we don't connect it to your work.
We turn off model-improvement settings, then check voice and computer-agent controls separately. If you want audio to stay on your device, we choose a dictation option that supports that.
If you choose a business workspace, we check its no-training terms. Your work stays under your account; others see only what you choose to share.
No training still involves processing. Cloud tools may process and retain requests under their own policies. We review permissions, connected apps, and how to remove access. You choose what business information to connect. See how we decide what can connect.

For one owner-operator, one primary workstation (desktop or laptop) and one smartphone. We begin with a short free conversation about the work you personally handle and the accounts you use. In-person visits are in South Florida; other Florida cities are by request.

Before we book: For this personal setup, I work with an AI plan costing at least $100/month, paid directly to the provider. It gives us room for regular agent work; we check its current features before you subscribe. Business workspace? We check the right seat and usage plan with you.
Ask about owner setupAny third-party software subscriptions stay in your name and are paid separately. Dot access and phone texting depend on account eligibility, rollout, and device support. When texting is unavailable, we test the available app messaging route. A browser check does not include a working portal process. Fully built workflows, custom skills, further app integrations, other owners or staff, and support beyond the two calls are quoted separately. Travel is confirmed before booking.
We document the setup we tested in a guide you control. Your setup includes two 30-minute remote support calls within 30 days for questions, troubleshooting, and small refinements.
Remote screen help. When needed, we use an attended screen-sharing or remote-control session. You start and end each session, and I work with you present. Any AI tools I use to troubleshoot stay under my supervision.
More than the foundation. Recurring workflow builds, custom skills, or system connections can be scoped as a separate project. See how a workflow build works.
Ongoing care. If your business needs regular help after the two included calls, we can agree on a support plan with clear hours and response times. See support options. Your original setup remains yours without one.
The foundation is a complete setup for one owner. If you want more, I also offer recurring workflow builds, team setup, and a private class. Each is a separate engagement.
Need a shared introduction first? The private class is available on its own.
We map the repeat jobs that take up your week, then build at least two named workflows under a written proposal. For example: a weekly operations review, document intake, and meeting preparation. Each included workflow has a defined result and a point where you review the work.
The proposal lists the exact workflows, systems, tests, delivery time, and support. Browser, computer, and app access are included only when specified and tested. If you sign a build of $5,000 or more within 60 days of your foundation visit, a $1,500 credit applies to that project.
When staff need to work with the agent too, we set up their own access, shared instructions, and handoffs around the jobs they actually do.
Quoted separately based on the people, systems, permissions, and support needed.
A two-hour class for you or a group of up to eight people. We cover where AI helps, practice one example from your business, and leave you with a short guide and safe-use checklist.
In person or live video. Individual device setup, app connections, and completed workflows are separate.
You may already have the software. I set up a personal work agent around how you run the business and show you how to use approved files and tools to research, organize, and prepare work on your computer. You direct it, check its sources and results, and keep the setup.
We map two jobs you repeat, put starter instructions in your project folders, and test each with an agreed example. We note what worked, what needs correction, and any missing access. Recurring workflow builds with more testing, connections, or team handoffs are a separate project. The proposal names the workflows included. If you sign a custom implementation of at least $5,000 within 60 days of the setup visit, a $1,500 credit applies to that project.
We list the apps you want to use and test one approved, supported way to get information into your assistant. That may be a built-in connection, an approved export, or a folder you control. We record what worked and what needs a separate integration or feasibility test.
During setup, we check supervised browser access on one agreed site where the selected tools support it. You handle sign-in; we do not copy saved passwords or browser sessions into the agent's files. A repeatable portal process or file cleanup needs its own scope, sample tests, and your review before changes.
If your account has Dot access, we set it up and test messages in the ChatGPT app. One-to-one iMessage or Android RCS texting is a beta feature for eligible U.S. Pro accounts. You can send a request, photo, or voice message and receive results; approval requests may open in the app. Email is different: with an approved inbox connection, Dot can find relevant messages and prepare drafts for you, but email is not currently a direct way to message your Dot. Texting does not give it access to your other texts. See current messaging options.
Dot can continue a request after you leave the conversation. We choose what it can access and set review rules for important actions, so you stay in charge. You can review activity and pause work. If you want recurring work later, we can plan that together.
No. The instructions and files we create are yours, and the setup runs in accounts you control. You may still pay for the software you choose. Help beyond the two included calls is optional and quoted separately.
We check each chosen service before using real business content. For a solo setup, we turn off model improvement and check voice and computer-agent controls. For a team, we choose a workspace with a no-training commitment. Cloud processing and retention policies still apply.
We start with research, summaries, and drafts for your review. Sending, deleting, and other consequential actions stay behind your approval.
Your accounts stay yours. There is no standing remote access. If we use temporary access during setup or support, you start and end each attended session and can stop it at any time. We show you how to verify it is closed.
For the personal-account route, I require an AI plan costing at least $100/month, paid directly to the provider. This is a requirement for my setup service; we check the plan’s current agent features before you subscribe. If you use a business workspace, we confirm the appropriate seat and usage allowance instead. Other software or usage charges are separate.
