A note from Medardo

The best setup starts with your actual work.

I'm Medardo A. Cevallos. I help run Home Financial Group in South Florida, and I use work assistants in the same busy days other owners know well.

Why I do this

Useful beats impressive.

A good demo gets your attention. A useful setup keeps helping when the next task shows up.

I've spent more than a decade in real estate and mortgage work. At Home Financial Group, I handle client questions, email, files, deadlines, and decisions every day. I test these assistants in my own work before bringing what I've learned to another owner's desk.

I sit with you, set up your personal work assistant in accounts you control, and practice on work you already do. You choose what it can access and review important results. You keep the files and instructions we create.

My goal with Mainstreet Alpha is simple: give small-business owners practical help with the work that keeps coming back, so they have more room for customers, decisions, and life outside the office. Custom workflows and staff rollout are separate steps when you need them.

Who this is for

Built around the owner, then the business.

The first setup is for an owner who still does a lot of the daily work. We start with your actual requests, documents, and decisions, then find where a supervised assistant can help.

I know real estate and mortgage work firsthand. The same approach can be assessed for professional offices, recruiting and relationship-based businesses, and local service companies. Examples include meeting preparation, research, email drafts, document organization, and a weekly operations review. What we set up depends on your systems and permissions.

Where I work: In-person owner setups are available in South Florida. Other Florida cities are by request. The private team class can also be held by live video.
