What this site records.
A short explanation of what happens when you visit or send a request.
Keep it simple.
The site counts page views and clicks on request links. It records the page, language, time, and an optional label in a shared link, such as ?ref=dad. Our reporting database does not store cookies, IP addresses, or device fingerprints. A tagged link can be forwarded, so its label does not prove who visited.
If you submit the form, it stores your name, email, business, and task so I can review and reply. Please don't send passwords, client files, or other sensitive records. The form is not a payment form. The information is stored with the site's hosting provider and is visible in my private reporting view.
Hosting and email providers may process technical data under their own policies. To ask me to remove a request, email medardoacevallos@gmail.com.
For client work and connected business accounts, read the separate data & access guide. This page covers only the website.
