Bring the right people in, one role at a time.
The first setup is for one owner. When a co-owner, office manager, or assistant needs their own way to work, we plan their accounts, permissions, training, and handoffs separately.
Discuss a team rolloutThe rollout follows the role
- 01
Another owner
Give a co-owner their own account and setup. Agree on what stays private and what work or instructions should be shared.
- 02
Support staff
Set up a role-specific workspace and teach the person the jobs they will actually handle. No shared personal login.
- 03
Handoffs
Test one owner-to-staff handoff, including what can be prepared, what needs review, and who approves the final action.
Something you can keep using.
A role and permission map, named accounts, shared instructions where appropriate, a tested handoff, and training for the people included in the proposal.
We agree on what is included before we begin.
This is a separate rollout after we understand the owner’s setup. Seats, devices, shared systems, privacy requirements, and training time determine the quote. A two-hour private class is available if your team needs orientation first.
Common questions
Can staff see my private work?
Only what you choose to share through the approved workspace and permissions. We review those settings together.
Can we train first?
Yes. The private class is a separate two-hour option for up to eight people.
Tell me what work you want to improve.
I'll review your note and tell you which service fits the work.
