Build out recurring workflows.
We map the recurring jobs on your desk, then build a set of at least two named workflows under a written proposal. Your assistant follows the steps you approve; you start each run and review the result.
Discuss your recurring workA set of workflows you can inspect and reuse
- 01
Choose the workflows
List the repeat jobs, then agree on the exact workflows included. For each, name the trigger, inputs, output, owner review, and a test example.
- 02
Build the working folders
Set up a project folder and reusable instructions for each included workflow. Add a skill, connection, or model handoff only when it helps and can be tested.
- 03
Test and hand off
Run the agreed examples, record what worked and failed, and leave you a guide for the next run. You review the output before important actions.
Something you can keep using.
Client-owned project folders, written instructions, test results for the workflows listed in your proposal, review points, and a handoff guide. Connections or browser steps are included only when listed and feasible.
We agree on what is included before we begin.
The proposal states the number and names of workflows, systems, permissions, tests, delivery time, and support. Each run is owner-directed. We plan review before sending, deleting, or changing business records. New workflows or connections require a scope change.
Common questions
How many workflows are included?
At least two. We agree on the exact list before work begins. The price depends on the systems, permissions, tests, and handoff each workflow needs.
Can this connect to my existing software?
We assess the approved route first: native connection, API, export, or supervised browser. The proposal names what we can actually test.
Is the project folder mine?
Yes. We build in your account and leave the instructions and working files with you.
Tell me what work you want to improve.
I'll review your note and tell you which service fits the work.
