BEFORE WE START

Questions about the owner setup.

The essentials are on the main page. Here are the details you may want before booking a visit.

ANSWERS

Common questions.

I already use AI chat. What's different?

You may already have the software. I set up a personal work agent around how you run the business and show you how to use approved files and tools to research, organize, and prepare work on your computer. You direct it, check its sources and results, and keep the setup.

What do the two workflow starters include?

We map two jobs you repeat, put starter instructions in your project folders, and test each with an agreed example. We note what worked, what needs correction, and any missing access. Recurring workflow builds with more testing, connections, or team handoffs are a separate project. The proposal names the workflows included. If you sign a custom implementation of at least $5,000 within 60 days of the setup visit, a $1,500 credit applies to that project.

Can you connect the apps I already use?

We list the apps you want to use and test one approved, supported way to get information into your assistant. That may be a built-in connection, an approved export, or a folder you control. We record what worked and what needs a separate integration or feasibility test.

Can it use my browser or help with files on my computer?

During setup, we check supervised browser access on one agreed site where the selected tools support it. You handle sign-in; we do not copy saved passwords or browser sessions into the agent's files. A repeatable portal process or file cleanup needs its own scope, sample tests, and your review before changes.

How does it handle different kinds of work?

We set up practical instructions for everyday requests and show you when to ask for more specialized help, such as researching a website or organizing files. Where your account supports it, we test that handoff and show you how to check the result. A custom multi-step workflow is scoped separately.

Can I see what the assistant did?

We show you how to review its source material, conversation history, and saved outputs. Where supported, the guide points to a simple work record. More detailed per-run logs can be built into a custom workflow. This is not a formal audit system.

Can I message or text my personal agent?

If your account has Dot access, we set it up and test messages in the ChatGPT app. One-to-one iMessage or Android RCS texting is a beta feature for eligible U.S. Pro accounts. You can send a request, photo, or voice message and receive results; approval requests may open in the app. Email is different: with an approved inbox connection, Dot can find relevant messages and prepare drafts for you, but email is not currently a direct way to message your Dot. Texting does not give it access to your other texts. See current messaging options.

Does the assistant act on its own?

Dot can continue a request after you leave the conversation. We choose what it can access and set review rules for important actions, so you stay in charge. You can review activity and pause work. If you want recurring work later, we can plan that together.

Do I need to keep paying you to use it?

No. The instructions and files we create are yours, and the setup runs in accounts you control. You may still pay for the software you choose. Help beyond the two included calls is optional and quoted separately.

Will my data train AI models?

We check each chosen service before using real business content. For a solo setup, we turn off model improvement and check voice and computer-agent controls. For a team, we choose a workspace with a no-training commitment. Cloud processing and retention policies still apply.

What can the agent see?

That depends on the account and permissions you connect. We check the actual access, start with only what's needed, and show you how to disconnect it. Read the data & access guide.

Will my team see my work?

People use their own accounts. Private work isn't automatically shared with teammates; you decide what to make available.

Can my team use this too?

The $2,750 setup is for you, one owner. If your staff later need their own accounts, shared projects, or handoffs, we can scope a separate rollout with the right permissions and training.

Can it send emails or delete files?

We start with research, summaries, and drafts for your review. Sending, deleting, and other consequential actions stay behind your approval.

Will you still have access afterward?

Your accounts stay yours. There is no standing remote access. If we use temporary access during setup or support, you start and end each attended session and can stop it at any time. We show you how to verify it is closed.

Can you teach my team first?

Yes. The $1,750 private class is two hours for up to eight people, in person or by video. We practice one team task and leave you with reusable instructions, safe-use guidance, and next steps. Device setup and integrations are separate.

How does included remote support work?

The owner setup includes two scheduled 30-minute calls within 30 days of the visit. For a problem on your computer, you can start an attended screen-sharing or remote-control session, stay present, and end it when we finish. We test the support method on your device during setup and show you how to request help when you need it.

Who will work on my setup later?

I lead the in-person setup and live calls. I use AI tools to prepare and troubleshoot, but I remain responsible for the work. If a support specialist ever needs access, we agree on the person, purpose, and permissions first.

What AI plan do I need?

For the personal-account route, I require an AI plan costing at least $100/month, paid directly to the provider. This is a requirement for my setup service; we check the plan’s current agent features before you subscribe. If you use a business workspace, we confirm the appropriate seat and usage allowance instead. Other software or usage charges are separate.

Which software will I need?

We choose established tools that fit your computer, task, and privacy needs. You'll see every subscription and permission before we set anything up, and the accounts belong to you.

Where do you visit in South Florida?

In-person owner setups are available by appointment in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Other Florida cities are by request; we confirm travel before booking. See the service area.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

The owner setup can fit real estate and mortgage offices, professional services, and local service businesses. We start with your actual repeat work and review any sensitive data or app access before using it. See industry examples.
